LAY PEOPLE ASSOCIATION FOR AFFECTIVE AND SEXUAL MATURITY (ALMAS, A. C. whose meaning is "Asociación de Laicos por la Madurez Afectiva y Sexual").
ALMAS A. C. is a non profitable, lay, catholic association trying to help God’s People to accomplish affective and sexual maturity of baptized individuals, through human science.
It has been constituted as a civil association since October 2001 by lay people who wish to serve Church with the tools that scientific progress has offered us nowadays regarding psychology and sexual education. So that in this way when we communicate our faith, we can have healthy interpersonal relationships within the church and in the world.
Our mission is:
To offer, through human science, the appropriate tools so that Catholics may reach affective and sexual maturity that enables them to have healthy relationships according to their condition or state of life and to value sexuality according to God´s plan.
Our vision is:
To become the most consulted, referred and recognized civil association due to its large and successful experience in the field of sexuality and affectivity within the Catholic Church.
Our values are:
